Terms and Conditions



The products/services are ordered primarily from www.PARTOFYOU.fi via the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email and include the total price of the order, shipping costs and products/services ordered. To receive an order confirmation, a correct email address should be provided when ordering. Once your order has been collected, you will receive a confirmation note. The customer agrees to the terms and conditions when placing an order.



Our delivery time inside Finland is 3-10 days after placing the order, if not clearly stated otherwise. We do not carry responsibility of the delays of transportation companies. 



Shipping costs include packaging and posting. When you have selected the payment method and shipping method, shipping costs are displayed in the shopping basket view. You will get a note when the order is shipped and ready for pick up. Please note, that you will need the shipping code and your ID with you to collect the order. 

The package will be held at the shipping point for 14 days, after which the package will be sent back to us. If the customer does not collect the order, there will be a charge of 19,90e. This covers the costs of transportation, packing materials and cancelling the order. If the you cannot collect the order, please write to partofyou.fi@gmail.com as soon as possible.


In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of Finland, you have the right to exchange and/or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. The return right applies only items that are in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. If the products are damaged when returned, the customer is responsible of covering the costs. Note that return and exchange policy does not apply to digital products.

Follow the instructions below when returning/exchanging. Once we have received the return package, it will be processed. A refund will be paid in 14 days after receiving the return order. The refund will be made to you in the same way as the payment was made. Note thet gift cards can’t be changed into money. Any order paid by a gift card can’t be refunded but they can be exchanged to different products.



When you wish to return/exchange the order:

  1. Fill out the return form.
  2. Pack the order carefully so it will not get damaged during shipping. NOTE! Use the original bags and boxes. 
  3. Place the FILLED OUT return form inside the package with the products you want to return/exchange. 
  4. Add the Return label visibly on the package, next to the original address label. Our customer number 9530193 must be visible.
  5. Leave the package to Matkahuolto shipping point. 
  6. Ask for the receipt of the returning the item and keep it until you have gotten the confirmation of the return from us. 

Return or exchange is free of charge. Note, if the customer exchanges the items more than once, will the first time be free but the rest of the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.



Should you not receive your package or if an item was damaged in transport or if the item ordered is faulty, please contact us immediately by mail to partofyou.fi@gmail.com. If the package was damaged in transport a claim must also be made to the shipping company. Notifications must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that may be lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ensure all items being returned are securely packaged with protective wrapping and clearly addressed. Any items not thoroughly packaged to avoid damage during transit will not be accepted, so please take care when posting.



The products/services in the webstore are sold by BelowZ Oy (FI26777854). We sell products/services to private individuals of legal age in Finland and the EU region and digital products all over the world. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
